Palm kernel oil press machine, a greater degree of the multi-faceted value and use of the palm.

What are the uses of palm oil?
- Food oil use:
- Palm oil has a low melting point (12℃ and below), which is suitable for home cooking, and repeated frying without discoloration and odor, and can maintain the flavor and color of food for a long time.
- Refined palm oil (melting point 24℃-33℃) is an excellent frying oil, its linoleic acid and linolenic acid content is low, and rich in natural antioxidants, suitable for frying food.
- Palm oil is processed into shortening with good oxidative stability and good shortening, which is suitable for baked goods such as cookies, cookies, ice cream, etc. and can prolong the freshness period.
- Palm liquid oil and stearin are used in the manufacture of liquid and solid margarine, respectively, and the products include table, bakery and low-calorie margarine.
- Palm oil can produce cocoa butter substitutes for use in chocolate, candy, etc., avoiding the tempering process of natural cocoa butter and reducing production costs.

Palm oil is a widely used vegetable oil, and the finished palm oil processed by the oil press machine exerts its unique physical properties (high smoke point, semi-solid) and chemical composition (rich in palmitic acid, vitamin E) making it irreplaceable in the fields of food, daily chemicals, energy, medicine and so on.
Range of industrial use
- Palm oil is the main raw material for soap making, and its saponification reaction produces highly effective detergents that are widely used for skin cleansing and industrial washing.
- The grease can be converted into biodiesel with low sulfur or nitrogen oxide content in the smoke after combustion, which has better environmental performance than traditional diesel.
- Palm oil as a lubricant performs better than traditional mineral oils and is more environmentally friendly, suitable for a wide range of machinery and equipment.
- The unsaturated fatty acids in palm oil provide viscosity and durability to coatings, as well as regulating the viscosity of coatings and improving workability.
- Vitamin E and carotenoids in palm oil give it moisturizing and nourishing properties, and it is commonly used in skin care and makeup products.
- Palm oil meal is rich in nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and can be used as organic fertilizer or animal feed additive.
- Palm oil, as an important vegetable fat, is rich in a variety of vitamins, such as vitamin E and vitamin A. These vitamins are vital to human health and have antioxidant and vision-protecting properties. It also contains a certain amount of unsaturated fatty acids, which helps maintain cardiovascular health when consumed in moderation.
